Development Manager

Job Description

This role is well suited to an experienced Assistant Development Manager or Project Manager looking to step up, or an experienced Development Manager, with strong technical capability who is keen to deepen their exposure across the full development lifecycle. Working alongside an experienced industry leader, you’ll gain exposure across the full development lifecycle — from rezoning and planning approvals through to subdivision delivery and titling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from acquisition support to delivery

• Support rezoning and planning approval processes

• Oversee design, feasibility, and consultant teams

• Manage subdivision, servicing, and titling programmes

• Support sales, staging, and product strategy

About You:

• Experience in residential land or master-planned community development

• Strong planning and subdivision knowledge

• Commercially astute with feasibility capability

• Excellent stakeholder and consultant management skills
