Senior Cloud Engineer

Your new role

In this exciting role, you will be:

• Designing, building, and optimising secure, scalable Microsoft Azure environments.
• Leading and contributing to cloud migration and modernisation initiatives.
• Supporting hybrid infrastructure including Azure and on-prem environments.
• Managing and supporting Hyper-V and VMware platforms.
• Providing Level 3 support and acting as an escalation point for complex issues.
• Supporting Windows Server environments, backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Implementing automation, Infrastructure as Code and operational improvements.
• Mentoring and guiding engineers across the wider IT function.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in your application, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Cloud, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware.
• Solid background supporting Windows Server environments.
• Experience working in complex, enterprise IT environments.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
