Your new role

As the Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement high‑impact dashboards and reporting solutions that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Your work will directly support senior stakeholders and decision‑makers by delivering accurate, timely, and visually compelling reporting. Key responsibilities include:

• Building advanced Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions
• Extracting, transforming, and modelling data from various internal systems
• Implementing best‑practice data engineering processes and scalable pipelines
• Partnering with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and data gaps
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting outputs

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, BI Developer, or similar role
• Strong technical capability across Power BI, SQL, and Python
• Experience working with complex or sensitive datasets
• Ability to translate raw data into meaningful insights for non‑technical stakeholders
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Previous experience in government or large, complex environments (advantageous)
