Front End UI Developer

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and deliver user-centric digital experiences, iterating based on user feedback
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Conduct usability and accessibility testing to ensure solutions meet requirements
• Develop responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular)
• Translate research insights into meaningful interface improvements
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and user researchers
• Advocate for human-centred design principles across delivery teams
• Convert designs, prototypes, and POCs into high-quality, production-ready code
• Ensure alignment with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA minimum)
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within an agile environment

About You

• Proven experience in both Front-End Development and UI/UX Design
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as ReactJS and/or Angular
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Axure
• Solid understanding of design systems and usability principles
• Experience implementing accessible digital solutions (WCAG 2.1 AA or higher)
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional agile teams
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
