Job Description
In this role you will:
- Deliver high-quality digital and print designs that elevate the Data#3 brand.
- Manage the end-to-end design of digital and print assets, including social media and website graphics, reports, presentations, display and social ads, eDMs, and event collateral.
- Translate briefs into engaging, creative solutions that adhere to brand guidelines, tone, and accessibility requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Contribute to the evolution of brand assets, design systems, and processes.
- Support the marketing team with ad-hoc creative and event requirements.
About You
- A creative designer with 2–4 years’ experience in-house or agency-side.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Skilled in both digital and print production, with a strong grasp of layout, typography, and branding.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and confident juggling multiple priorities.
- A collaborative communicator who thrives in team environments.
- Keep ahead of design trends, tools, and techniques to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Innovative and inquisitive, with a passion for staying ahead of design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles, digital marketing, and/or tools like Marketo and Trello is an advantage.
- A strong design portfolio that showcases your capability and style.
