Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ReactJS Developer to design and develop modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ReactJS and front-end technologies, along with the ability to work on multiple applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using ReactJS
• Work on multiple applications and contribute to UI/UX development
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers
• Develop clean, scalable, and high-performance code
• Participate in system design, architecture, and technical decision-making
• Lead or contribute to projects and mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Ensure application standards, scalability, and performance

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Strong experience with ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with REST APIs and web services
• Knowledge of state management tools (Redux, RxJS, etc.)
• Experience with GitHub and version control

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library (RTL), Webpack, Storybook
• Knowledge of BDD, automated testing, and accessibility (ADA)
• Experience with Jira, Splunk, CMS platforms
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or InVision
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
