Job Description

About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with strong Shopify experience to design engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify. You will work closely with developers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to create seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

– Design and develop visually appealing and responsive websites using Shopify and modern web design principles.

– Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.

– Customize and maintain Shopify themes, templates, and storefront layouts.

– Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and smooth user experience.

– Optimize website layouts for performance, usability, and mobile responsiveness.

– Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and visual design across all digital platforms.

– Work closely with marketing teams to design landing pages, promotional banners, and e-commerce creatives.

– Conduct basic UX research and competitor analysis to enhance user experience.

Key Skills & Tools :

– Design Tools : Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator

– E-commerce Platform : Shopify

– Front-End Basics : HTML5, CSS3, basic, responsive design

– Prototyping & Wireframing : Figma, Balsamiq, InVision or similar tools

– Design Principles : UI/UX design, responsive design, typography, color theory

– Collaboration Tools : Agile/Scrum environments, cross-functional team collaboration

Soft Skills :

– Strong creative and visual design skills

– Attention to detail and user-focused design thinking

– Good communication and collaboration abilities

– Ability to manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment
