Description:

Seeking a seasoned Tanium L3 Engineer to act as the final escalation (P1/P2) for endpoint security and management in large enterprise environments. Role requires deep expertise in Tanium platform, patching, vulnerability remediation, automation, and RCA.

Responsibilities :

– L3 support, advanced troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis

– Administer and manage Tanium Core, Patch, Deploy, Inventory, Comply, Asset, Threat Response

– Real-time endpoint visibility, queries, response actions & workflows

– Drive patch management & vulnerability remediation (Qualys / Tenable / Rapid7)

– Create dashboards, reports, compliance metrics; integrate with SIEM (Splunk)

– Automate endpoint tasks using PowerShell and Tanium scripts

– Participate in war rooms, collaborate with Security, Infra, Endpoint & Cloud teams

– Maintain runbooks/SOPs and mentor L1/L2 teams

Skills & Experience :

– 5 to 10+ years in IT Infrastructure / Endpoint Management

– 3+ years hands-on Tanium experience; 10K+ endpoints

– Windows 10/11 & Windows Server management

– Endpoint security tools (Defender, CrowdStrike)

– Incident handling in 24/7/on-call environments

Nice to Have :

– Intune / SCCM, VDI / DaaS / AVD

– Azure / AWS, ISO / PCI-DSS compliance

Certifications :

– Tanium (TCA/TCP), Microsoft Endpoint/Security, ITIL
