Data Cloud Architect

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

– Design and implement scalable enterprise data architectures on the Salesforce platform.

– Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) solutions.

– Develop and manage data models, data pipelines, and ETL/ELT processes to support large-scale data integration.

– Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to enable unified customer data and analytics.

– Ensure data governance, data quality, and security best practices across the platform.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data engineers, and Salesforce developers.

– Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Expertise :

– Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform – CDP) implementations.

– Deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and cloud-based data ecosystems.

– Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale data integrations.

– Proven experience integrating Salesforce with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

– Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

– Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
