Entry-Level Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a Recent Graduate / Entry-Level Designer . This role is ideal for a motivated, curious designer at the start of their career who is eager to learn, contribute meaningfully, and grow in a collaborative studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and documentation of architectural projects across multiple phases
• Assist with drawing production, modeling, and design development
• Contribute to research and design exploration
• Collaborate closely with project teams, including senior designers and architects
• Assist with the coordination of consultants and project documentation
• Respond to feedback and incorporate direction with care and attention to detail
• Participate in studio culture through collaboration, learning, and initiative
  

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience or recent graduation
• Strong design curiosity and foundational technical skills
• Proficiency in Revit is required
• Experince Adobe Creative Suite is required
• Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper is a plus
• Interest in housing, museums, and community-focused work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Organized, motivated, and eager to learn
