Job Description
This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who wants to move beyond basic help desk work and gain exposure to systems engineering within a fast-growing financial services organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and administration of Microsoft 365, including Entra ID & Exchange
- Provide clear, customer-focused technical support to internal teams
- Manage IT assets across Windows and Apple devices, including macOS and iOS
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Test, document, and improve IT processes and workflows
- Assist with maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable IT systems
Skills & Experience
- 12+ months’ experience in an IT Technician, Help Desk, or Junior IT role
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and iOS
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Jira ticketing (preferred)
- Excellent understanding of PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills — able to explain technical issues simply
- IT diploma, TAFE qualification, or equivalent practical experience
