Overview of the role

As a Senior Claims Data and Reporting Officer you will work as part of a team responsible for Claims Management Group’s data knowledge, stewardship, analysis and reporting. This role works to build and analyse operational performance data to drive improved service performance, operational efficiency and customer service. The role works closely with the Office of the Chief Data and Analytics Officer and may assist in the supervision of other team members.

 Desirable qualifications 

• Qualifications or competencies in a relevant field such as claims management, statistics, data science or data governance and analytics.
