Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack AI Development

Job Description

Role Overview :

We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent agent systems and production-grade AI solutions. This role focuses on creating agentic AI workflows, multi-agent orchestration, and retrieval-augmented generation systems for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

– Design and implement single-agent and multi-agent workflows using frameworks like Google ADK

– Build end-to-end RAG pipelines with proper document chunking, embeddings, and retrieval strategies

– Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy, coherence, and task success

– Architect scalable multi-agent systems with clear communication patterns and orchestration

– Implement observability and monitoring for tracking performance, cost, and quality

– Build real-time voice AI agents with STT, TTS, and multimodal capabilities

– Deploy and containerize AI systems for production environments

Required Skills :

– Strong understanding of LLM fundamentals and agent architectures

– Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (Google ADK preferred)

– Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and async programming

– Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and similarity search

– Knowledge of containerization and production deployment

– Familiarity with observability tools and evaluation frameworks

Preferred Qualifications :

– Experience building production multi-agent systems

– Knowledge of real-time voice AI systems

– Understanding of human-in-the-loop and long-running task patterns

– Background in enterprise AI applications
