Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role :

We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (7+ years) to lead and support the development of critical internal applications. This role requires strong technical depth, architectural thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities :

– Develop and maintain robust front-end and back-end systems

– Design scalable architecture and efficient database structures

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features

– Ensure code quality through best practices, reviews, and testing

– Troubleshoot, optimize, and upgrade existing applications

– Maintain proper technical documentation for all projects

Required Skills & Expertise :

– Experience : 7+ years in Full Stack Development

– Front-end : HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React / Angular / Vue)

– Back-end : Node.js / Python / Java / .NET

– Databases : MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB

– Strong knowledge of REST APIs & microservices architecture

– Experience with Git/version control systems

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred Candidate Profile :

– Proven track record of delivering scalable applications

– Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers

– Strong communication and collaboration skills

– Immediate availability or short notice period
