NetWeb Software – Technical Lead 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Architecture :

– Define and own system design, architecture, and technology choices for scalable, resilient platforms.

– Drive adoption of microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native patterns.

– Ensure systems meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.

AI-Led Development & Practices :

– Champion AI-first engineering by embedding AI-led development workflows, AI copilots, and automation in the SDLC.

– Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML in product features and engineering processes.

Team Mentorship & Guidance :

– Mentor engineers in backend (Python, Node.js or Java / Spring Boot), frontend (Angular / React, Flutter or React Native), and full-stack development.

– Review code, designs, and solutions to ensure best practices in scalability, performance, and security.

– Promote strong DevOps, CI/CD, and testing practices across teams.

Cloud & Infrastructure :

– Provide guidance on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.

– Oversee deployment pipelines and ensure smooth release management.

Security & Governance :

– Enforce secure coding practices, data privacy, and compliance standards.

– Anticipate risks, set up monitoring and observability frameworks.

Collaboration & Delivery :

– Work closely with Project managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align technology with business outcomes.

– Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

– Proven experience leading full-stack teams with expertise in :

– Backend : Java, Python, Node.js (REST / GraphQL, APIs, microservices)

– Frontend : Any Typescript framework, React.js, Flutter (mobile/web apps)

– Strong knowledge of system architecture, distributed systems, and design patterns.

– Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices.

– Deep understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring tools.

– Exposure to AI/ML applications and ability to embed AI-led practices in engineering.

– Strong focus on application security, data protection, and governance.

– Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and align with stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have :

– Experience with event-driven systems, Kafka, RabbitMQ.

– Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL, Graph DBs).

– Prior involvement in building AI-enabled products or applying AI in developer workflows.
