SQL Developer

Job Description

We are hiring a SQL Developer to join our team remotely (CST/EST hours preferred)!

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support SQL Serve and SSIS‑based ETL pipelines for healthcare data systems.
• Develop and optimize complex T‑SQL (queries, stored procedures, functions, views).
• Maintain and enhance SSIS packages supporting data integration and migration.
• Troubleshoot ETL failures, data issues, and performance bottlenecks in production.
• Perform SQL/SSIS performance tuning and optimization.
• Partner with technical and business teams to understand data requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability in a regulated environment.
• Support data warehousing and downstream reporting/analytics.
  
  

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience as a SQL / SSIS / ETL Developer.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, T‑SQL, SSIS, and ETL development.
• Proven experience supporting production data integration workflows.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data quality practices.
