Job Description
Your day-to-day duties:
- Analyse end-to-end business processes, pinpoint opportunities, and help design and deliver practical improvements that increase efficiency and service quality.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, validate and interpret data, turning it into insights and recommendations that support confident decisions and measurable outcomes.
- Juggle competing priorities across multiple intersecting projects and ICT systems—staying across dependencies, risks and delivery impacts.
- Create and maintain clear, useful artefacts (process maps, requirements, business rules, SOPs) that support delivery and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Experience in stakeholder management, process mapping, and documentation, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A background in business analysis, with a solid understanding of ICT systems and data analysis, will be essential to drive process improvements and ensure successful project outcomes.
Key knowledge and experience:
- Extensive experience in technical business analysis including aid in solution development
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, BI tools or similar and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in process modelling and improvement methodologies.
Essential requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or related discipline, and/or equivalent experience
