Job Description

This role is not just about tools , it is about creating a scalable, system-driven design company, where creativity is supported by automation, accuracy, and speed.

You will lead the development of AI-driven workflows, ensuring consistency across all projects, reducing manual work, and elevating both internal efficiency and client experience.

Core Objectives :

• Build a connected system across:
• Design → BOQ → Procurement → Production → Reporting
• Automate repetitive processes:

Coding, BOQs, reporting, and drawing support

• Improve speed, accuracy, and consistency across all departments
• Enable teams to work smarter through AI integration
• Establish MyShrine as a tech-enabled design studio

Requirements :

• Strong experience in AI, automation, or system building
• Proven ability to build working tools
• Experience in design / architecture / construction workflows (preferred)
• Strong systems thinker with end-to-end understanding
• Ability to work across creative and technical teams
• Comfortable with:
• APIs and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Python or similar
• Data structuring tools (Airtable, Notion, databases)
