Data Processing Specialist

Job Description

Key Objectives

The Data Processing Specialist will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, performing data entry and validation, and supporting the seamless flow of information across various systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data in company databases and systems.
Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
Collaborate with departments to gather necessary data and ensure timely processing.
Prepare and generate regular reports to support business insights and operational needs.
Assist in developing and implementing data management procedures and best practices.
Monitor data quality and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Support ad hoc data requests and special projects as assigned.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software.
Familiarity with database systems and data validation techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of data privacy and security principles.
Qualifications

Experience with data processing tools or software is advantageous.
