Data Analyst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate and maintain data across databases to ensure accuracy and

integrity

• Design and manage database schemas, perform data migrations and reconciliation using

SQL

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and data visualisations to support business

decision-making

• Develop and monitor KPIs including stock levels, order volumes, product performance and

customer activity

• Work with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into reporting

solutions

• Implement audit trail and data logging systems to track changes and ensure accountability

• Generate structured reports in CSV, PDF and print-ready formats for operational use

• Identify trends, patterns and anomalies to provide actionable recommendations for business

improvement

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information

Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation and schema management

• Experience with cloud-based database platforms (e.g. PostgreSQL, Supabase)

• Strong Excel skills including advanced functions and data modelling

• Familiarity with JavaScript, Python or R for data analysis and automation

• Experience building or maintaining web-based dashboards and reporting tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
