Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Write code to connect our platforms (API integrations between websites, CRMs, marketing tools)
- Create automated lead nurturing sequences integrated with Salesloft for our sales teams
- Develop SEO/content strategies and direct our content resources
- Analyse customer data using SQL to identify growth opportunities
- Run continuous experiments across both businesses – nothing is steady state here
- Work with our SDR and Account teams to create seamless handoffs from marketing to sales
- Generate market excitement through intelligent digital orchestration – from geo-targeted campaigns during trade shows and industry events, to SEO dominance and multi-channel lead capture systems that put us wherever our buyers are looking
- We have well-established development teams and access to various skills and systems from a code and code governance perspective
This Role
Technical Skills (Non-Negotiable):
- Can write production-ready code (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Comfortable with APIs and building integrations
- SQL proficiency for data analysis
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript for landing page optimisation
- Google Tag Manager and analytics implementation
- Experience with AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Claude CLI, etc.)
Marketing Expertise:
- Proven track record of building lead generation systems from zero
- Experience with B2B SaaS or software marketing
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
