Job Description

The Employee is responsible for providing ICT support to ensure the smooth operation of business systems across the company. Key duties include:

• Providing day-to-day technical support to staff
• Maintaining computers, software, and network systems
• Managing user access and basic system security
• Supporting business systems and company website updates
• Troubleshooting ICT issues and liaising with external IT providers
• Assisting with system upgrades and improvements
• Maintaining basic ICT documentation and equipment records
