IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee, maintain, and improve the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of professional experience managing networks, servers, and enterprise IT environments, ensuring reliability, security, and performance of all technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, and cloud systems)
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
• Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity
• Oversee hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance
• Enforce IT policies, standards, and security protocols
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers
• Lead and support IT support staff and technical teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration roles
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and tools
• Experience with firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
