Information Technology Manager

Job Description

As the senior technology leader for the region, the Director serves as the primary escalation point for operational issues and regional initiatives, driving execution excellence across offices, labs, and facilities. The role partners closely with Global IT teams and acts as a regional AI enablement leader, supporting responsible AI adoption and improved service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end regional technology operations across multiple countries and offices
• Serve as the primary technology partner to regional business and operational leaders
• Lead facilities technology, office infrastructure, collaboration systems, and end‑user device lifecycle
• Support and maintain region‑specific infrastructure, networks, and applications in partnership with Global IT
• Enable AI adoption across regional IT teams, ensuring compliant, effective use of enterprise AI tools
• Drive regional service delivery, incident management, and ITIL‑based operations
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional technology teams
• Manage regional vendors, assets, procurement, and cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with global security, risk, and governance standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in regional or multi‑site environments
• Strong background in end‑user computing, facilities technology, infrastructure, and operations
• Working knowledge of enterprise applications, networks, and modern AI platforms
• Proven ability to operate in a matrixed, global organization and engage senior stakeholders
