The Role

This role sits at the intersection of frontend engineering, data systems, and user experience.

The focus is on building interfaces that make complex, interconnected data intuitive, responsive, and usable in real-world scenarios. This involves working closely with backend and data teams to translate system outputs into meaningful user interactions.

The role goes beyond UI implementation — it requires a strong sense of product thinking, performance, and usability, especially in data-heavy environments.

What You’ll Work On

• Building scalable frontend applications using React and Next.js
• Designing and implementing user experiences for data-heavy and graph-based systems
• Handling large datasets and real-time interactions with a focus on performance
• Integrating APIs and backend services into seamless frontend workflows
• Translating product requirements into clean, intuitive, and efficient interfaces
• Continuously improving usability, responsiveness, and overall user experience

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of experience in frontend development, with strong exposure to production systems
• Deep hands-on expertise in React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience working on data-intensive applications, analytics platforms, or complex dashboards
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and scalable frontend architecture
• Comfort working with APIs and collaborating closely with backend teams
• A natural inclination towards user experience and product thinking, not just UI implementation
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive and usable interfaces
• Adaptability to work in fast-moving environments where requirements evolve quickly
