Product/UI/UX Designer

Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW :

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join MAILIN on a full-time basis. This role is fully remote. You will own the end-to-end design experience of our SaaS platform crafting intuitive interfaces, building a scalable design system, and ensuring every interaction feels seamless. This is a high-impact, fast-paced engagement where your work will be seen and used immediately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

– Design user-friendly SaaS interfaces that delight users and drive product adoption

– Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups across the product

– Own and evolve the MAILIN design system for consistency at scale

– Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate quickly on designs

– Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

– Work with the product manager to align design decisions with business goals

– Identify UX friction points and proactively propose improvements

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

– 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally for SaaS products

– Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)

– Strong UI fundamentals : typography, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy

– Solid product thinking ability to design for user needs and business outcomes

– Experience building and maintaining design systems

– Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

– Prior experience designing SaaS dashboards or data-heavy interfaces

– Startup or early-stage product experience
