Job Description

What you will do as a Full-Stack Marketing Engineer…

  • Own the complete technical architecture of their B2B digital presence, maintaining current WordPress infrastructure while evaluating and implementing modern alternatives (Framer, Headless CMS, etc.).
  • Serve as the technical “source of truth” by connecting websites to HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and advertising platforms, ensuring seamless data flow from click to lead record.
  • Leverage AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) for rapid prototyping and development, while applying deep technical knowledge to audit and optimize AI-generated code for security and performance.
  • Execute UX/UI implementation for mid-level design tasks, building high-converting B2B pages with premium aesthetics and flawless functionality without constant design support.
  • Ensure technical excellence through performance optimization, SEO implementation, Core Web Vitals management, clean schema markup, and mobile-first responsiveness.
  • Build custom API integrations and data synchronization solutions between marketing platforms, turning business requirements into technical realities without extensive project management oversight.

What we are looking for…

  • 5+ years of web development/engineering experience with the “scar tissue” of managing production systems, plus 2+ years specifically in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments bridging Marketing and Engineering.
  • Full-stack proficiency with deep JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/Tailwind knowledge, plus comfortable PHP skills for WordPress management and troubleshooting.
  • Proven MarTech integration expertise, particularly with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) and complex Google Tag Manager setups (server-side tracking is a plus).
  • Demonstrated sophisticated workflow using AI coding assistants (Claude 3.5, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and prototyping effectively.
  • Strong API literacy with ability to read documentation and write custom scripts for platform data synchronization.
  • Technical SEO and performance optimization expertise, including Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and site speed optimization.

Desirable (but not required):

  • UX/UI design foundations with Figma experience and intuitive understanding of B2B layouts, typography, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Modern framework experience with Framer (for high-end marketing sites) or headless CMS architectures (Contentful, Strapi).
  • Conversion copywriting ability to optimize headers and CTAs for better user experience and conversion flow.
