Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Design and balance fun, smart, and satisfying puzzle levels for new and existing games
- Research difficulty pacing and refine player progression based on analytics & A/B testing
- Review and test levels regularly, implementing feedback from the team and from player data
- Propose new mechanics, feature ideas, and scalable level design patterns
- Stay constantly updated on puzzle game trends, features, and market benchmarks
- Work hands on with cross functional teams to bring level designs into production
- Execute rapid iterations and make data-driven decisions to improve KPIs
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience designing levels for casual puzzle games (live games or prototypes)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand puzzle logic and player behavior
- Creative mindset with structured design- able to design within player constraints
- Good understanding of the puzzle gaming market, trends, and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication skills and ability to give/receive feedback effectively
- A real passion for casual & puzzle games! You love making levels that feel great to play
