About the Role

We’re looking for a WordPress Designer Developer to lead the delivery of high-quality website projects for our clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll manage projects end-to-end — from onboarding and discovery through to launch and handover.

You’ll work closely with clients, designers, developers (including offshore support), and internal stakeholders to ensure websites are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead onboarding and discovery for new website clients
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage multiple website projects simultaneously
• Coordinate designers, developers, and marketing teams
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout delivery
• Ensure websites are functional, user-friendly, and aligned with client goals
• Monitor timelines, manage risks, and prevent scope creep
• Oversee website launches and ensure smooth handover to support/marketing teams
• Identify upsell opportunities (SEO, ongoing support, etc.) during delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing website projects
• Strong understanding & experience of web design and development in WordPress (Shopify is a bonus)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
• Experience in a digital agency environment (highly regarded)
• Experience working with offshore or remote teams (preferred)
