Design Software Engineer (Developer)

Job Description

The Departments current SharePoint Intranet was developed when SIA was established 5 years ago and needs an update with its use, design and capabilities.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Proven experience in intranet architecture, UX/UI design, and secure system integration
• Deliver the project within a defined timeframe, allowing internal teams to focus on core responsibilities
• Ensure the new intranet complies with government standards for data protection and accessibility
• Develop a solution that is scalable and adaptable to future needs, including mobile access and integration with cloud-based services

Essential criteria

• Use approved tools and techniques for specific deployment activities
• Administers the recording of activities, logging of results and documents technical activities undertaken
