Systems Analyst (Technical)

Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Manage technical delivery for application technology refresh projects.
2. Coordinate environment setup with infrastructure and cloud engineering teams.
3. Work with IT Security on required checks (e.g., VAPT, hardening, monitoring).
4. Oversee vendors and ensure technical requirements, deployment, and support are met.
5. Track project progress, risks, issues, and provide updates to project leadership.
6. Collaborate with interfacing application teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 4-6 years’ experience in IT, including 2–3 years in a similar technical delivery role.
3. Knowledge of application infrastructure (servers, networks, databases, OS).
4. Experience with Java EE, .NET, middleware, web servers, and SQL.
5. Familiarity with PMBOK, SDLC, ITIL/COBIT processes.
6. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are preferred.
