We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support our Wix app operations. This role combines website creation, customer support, and review management.

Responsibilities

• Create Wix websites to test and showcase our apps
• Write and respond to app reviews professionally
• Respond to support tickets and assist users with app-related concerns
• Troubleshoot basic app and Wix-related issues
• Ensure users receive timely and helpful responses

 Requirements

• Experience using Wix (website creation and backend familiarity)
• Strong written English (clear, professional, and friendly tone)
• Customer support experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet response time expectations
• Detail-oriented and organized
