Technical Business Analyst

Your new role
As the Business Analyst, you will contribute to the end‑to‑end delivery of a significant digital project involving website/intranet development, content structures, and supporting technical components. You will work closely with digital, data, infrastructure, and architecture teams to gather and document requirements, facilitate workshops, map processes, define technical specifications, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery. This role suits someone comfortable working across both customer‑facing digital products and the underlying platforms, integrations, and data flows that support them.
What you’ll need to succeed

– Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst on website or intranet projects, including content structures, UX/IA, accessibility and user‑facing functionality.
– Experience working with data requirements, such as data mapping, modelling, profiling, metadata and supporting ingestion/transformation pipelines.
– Exposure to infrastructure or platform uplift work, including APIs, integrations, hosting, security or non‑functional requirements.
– Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and translate complex information for different stakeholder groups.
– Strong workshop facilitation, documentation and communication skills.
– Previous experience in government sectors as a Business Analyst
– Immediate availability is highly desirable.
