Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced ICT Help Desk Officer who takes pride in delivering outstanding IT support, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to keep developing their skills and experience in a supportive, collaborative environment

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years in an ICT Support role
  • Experience in a high-volume property litigation law firm
  • A sound understanding of support required by legal staff
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft365, Citrix/Microsoft RDP, Active Directory, Intune, and remote access technologies
  • Strong working knowledge of Dye and Durham Affinity
  • Strong working knowledge of Capture
  • Strong working knowledge of Sideline, Ablebits, Signature365
  • Strong working knowledge of Court Systems

Also, proven ability to support and maintain technologies such as:

  • Windows 11, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Remote desktop technologies and clustering (Citrix, Microsoft RDP)
  • PowerShell scripting and basic automation
  • Python scripting and automation
  • Active Directory, Entra, and group policy management
  • MDM solutions like Intune and Autopilot
  • Microsoft Defender or equivalent EDR tools
  • Core business systems such as Affinity, and working knowledge of Oracle environments (advantageous)
