Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build automated workflows using Power Automate
• Develop and deploy AI agents within Microsoft Teams using Copilot Studio
• Integrate external APIs and AI services (e.g. Claude, Azure OpenAI)
• Build backend logic using Azure Functions (Python or TypeScript)
• Implement secure and scalable solutions within Azure environments
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to generate, refine, and optimise code
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end automation solutions
  

Core Skills & Experience

Automation & Integration

• Strong experience with Power Automate (cloud flows, API integration, error handling)
• Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)

AI & Agent Development

• Experience building conversational agents using Copilot Studio or similar
• Ability to integrate LLM APIs (e.g. Claude or Azure OpenAI) via HTTP
• Understanding of prompt structuring and handling structured responses (JSON)

Development

• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript
• Experience building and deploying Azure Functions
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and data handling

Azure Fundamentals

• Experience with Azure services (Functions, Key Vault, Entra ID)
• Understanding of secure deployment within enterprise environments

AI-Assisted Development (Essential)

• Daily use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
• Ability to guide AI to generate code, review outputs, and iterate quickly
