C# .Net / Azure Developer

Job Description

We are a leading ICT Consultancy based in Perth. Due to upcoming project work we are looking to bring on two experienced C# .Net Developers with good Azure Data Factory experience. This is an Agile focused Development role delivering a large enterprise level software applications project for one of our key government Clients. The project is based on delivery build, and deploy of backend services, APIs, and data integration components within Azure Cloud platform. This is an on-going contract role, with an initial 6 Month contract + a further 6 Month extension. It is a Hybrid role (WFH 2 day per week) and flexible hours.

Key skills and background required:

• Min of 5 years’ experience with the MS Development Tech stack, C# and .NET Framework development
• Strond Azure integration experience, including good knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, Azure Cloud integration and setup of Azure CI/CD pipelines
• Advanced knowledge of C# .NET development, REST API (including ASP.Net WebAPI) and Transact SQL (TSQL)
• Agile development methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good team working ethics and happy to work in a collaborative environment.

Key Deliverables:

• Develop APIs using .NET/C# to enable system-to-system integration, including integration endpoints
• ADF pipeline development, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• SQL development, data modelling and performance tuning
• Support the promotion of developed code via the Environment Stack, i.e. DEV, TEST, SIT and PRODUCTION environments
• Collaboration with architecture, cyber security, QA, and DevOps teams
• Participation in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, refinement, sprint planning)
