Job Description

Responsbilities

• Design and develop secure, robust software solutions with an immediate focus on Python, Django and React
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality, secure code
• Perform code reviews and technical analysis to support operational uplift
• Contribute to solution design documentation and technical specifications
• Assist with configuration, customisation and support of COTS and bespoke systems

Essential Criteria

• Proven experience in software development using Python, Django, and React (or similar web frameworks).
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and application security principles.
• Experience with manual and automated testing of software applications.
• Ability to create and interpret technical design documentation.
• Experience performing code reviews and mentoring or guiding other developers.
• Familiarity with COTS and bespoke software platforms, including configuration and customisation.
