Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Data Specialist to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role is crucial in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and growth of our customer relationship management (CRM) database. As a CRM Data Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, generating, and maintaining high-quality data that supports our marketing, sales, and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, outstanding analytical skills, and experience with CRM software. You will play a pivotal role in updating records, segmenting customer data for targeted campaigns, and providing insights that drive our business forward.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the CRM database to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Conduct regular data audits and implement data cleaning processes as necessary.
• Analyze customer data and generate reports to provide insights for marketing and sales teams.
• Segment customer lists for targeted communication and engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and summarize findings effectively.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting insights to various teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
