Cyber Program Manager

Your new role

As the Cyber Program Manager, you will oversee a broad portfolio of cyber initiatives, managing several workstreams simultaneously. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and delivery teams to ensure strategic security outcomes are met.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading a program of cyber uplift initiatives spanning cloud security, M365 governance, endpoint security, device/application management, biometrics, awareness/education and security asset management.
Developing and maintaining integrated program plans, reporting, milestones, risks and budgets.
Driving alignment between technical teams, executive stakeholders and broader business units.
Ensuring delivery meets compliance frameworks such as Essential Eight and NIST.
Facilitating communication, documentation and governance across all streams.
Providing program‑level leadership, coaching and best practice guidance to project teams.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful, you will bring:

Extensive experience managing large cyber or technology programs involving multiple streams.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks and controls (e.g., Essential Eight, NIST 800‑53).
Experience with Microsoft security technologies (M365, Entra, Intune, E5).
Demonstrated ability to operate in complex environments and manage diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication, governance, risk management and reporting capability.
Relevant certifications (PMP, CISSP etc.) highly regarded.
