Your new role

In this role, you will provide specialist support across the company’s corporate applications and act as a trusted advisor on business process and system integration. You’ll work across a diverse suite of platforms including Salesforce CRM, OpenText, SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Broad experience supporting corporate applications across CRM, HR, document management and business information systems.
• Strong capability in business process analysis and translating requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience delivering full systems lifecycle activities including analysis, implementation, testing, training, and support.
• Ability to coordinate with technical experts, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Knowledge of Technology architecture, security standards, and multi‑system interdependencies
