Job Description

What you’ll do

• You design and are responsible for the Solution Architecture for applications in delivery
• You ensure that your Solution Architectures in delivery adhere to architecture standards and are aligned with the target architectures of the domain
• You raise and manage architecture debt when there is a misalignment between transition and the target architectures
• You initiate architecture decisions, document them as Architecture Decision Records (ADR) and have them approved by the relevant architecture boards
• You advise and coach software engineers in the product teams on the implementation of Solution Architectures and ensure technical feasibility
• In addition to architecture blueprints, you also support later phases of the software lifecycle, such as testing, release and operations architecture blueprints
• You work closely with product owners to refine and shape the initiatives and translate them into capabilities and implementable building blocks
