The Role

We’re seeking a C#, JavaScript, and SQL Developer skills for a full-time role. Reporting to our team lead, you’ll implement enhancements to our document storage and management system, optimizing body corporate workflows and preparing for future API integrations. This onsite role based in our Maroochydore office, perfect for the Sunshine Coast lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

Development:

–         Implement the team’s design for an enhanced document management system using C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
–         Write clean, reliable code to execute workflows, ensuring seamless document handling.
–         Build and optimize SQL databases (Azure SQL) for efficient data storage and retrieval.
–         Prepare the system for API integrations to connect with external platforms.

Collaboration:

–         Work closely with the team to translate team designs into functional code.
–         Support automation of body corporate processes, aligning with business objectives. 

About You

Must‑Have Experience

–         2+ years’ with Node.js, TypeScript, Next.js (preferably v14+); including server actions, API Routes and authentication.
–         Relational DB experience (PostgreSQL/Supabase) and Prisma or similar ORM.
–         Hands‑on with PDF tooling (e.g., pdf‑lib, pdfkit, Ghostscript, LibreOffice headless) and OCR (Tesseract, AWS Textract or Google Vision).
–         CI/CD with GitHub Actions, deployments to Vercel and Azure App Service.
–         C#/.NET experience for interoperable utilities or services.
–         Integrations with a DMS (e.g., M‑Files/SharePoint/Box) via API/webhooks.
–         Secure coding practices, role‑based access, and data privacy in a legal/compliance context.

Nice to Have

–         Practical RAG/embedding pipelines and prompt‑tooling experience.
–         Familiarity with Queensland Body Corporate documentation or legal‑tech workflows.
–         Microsoft ecosystem: Teams/Power Automate integrations.
–         Git standards: GitFlow and Conventional Commits.
