UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Job Summary :

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and hands-on experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

– Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

– Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility testing

– Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

– Design responsive web and mobile interfaces following design standards

– Translate business requirements into intuitive and elegant user experiences

– Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

– Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI standards

– Continuously improve user experience based on user feedback and KPIs

– Ensure consistency in design across platforms and products

Technical & Design Skills :

– Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools

– Strong understanding of UI principles, typography, color theory, and layout

– Experience with UX research methods (user interviews, surveys, usability testing)

– Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices

– Ability to create low-fidelity to high-fidelity designs and prototypes

– Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design

– Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
