Lead Product Designer

Job Description

About the Role :

This is a leadership role for someone who can set the design vision, manage and grow the design team, and work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver world-class user experiences at scale.

What Youll Do :– Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers and raise the overall design bar.

– Own the product design vision and ensure consistency across all products.

– Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads on strategy and execution.

– Review designs, give feedback, and ensure high-quality output from the team.

– Drive user research, UX strategy, and design decisions across the product.

– Oversee end-to-end design delivery : user flows, UI, prototypes, and final experiences.

– Build and maintain design systems, standards, and best practices.

– Represent design in product discussions and roadmap planning.

What Were Looking For :

– 7-10 years of experience in Product/UI/UX Design with at least some team leadership experience.

– Strong hands-on experience with Figma and modern design tools.

– Proven experience managing or leading designers and design projects.

– Strong product thinking, UX sense, and visual design judgment.

– Experience working closely with engineering and product teams.

– Excellent communication, ownership, and decision-making skills.
