Job Description
Job Details:
– Help drive product and systems innovation and to streamline discussions between executive staff and our talented team of developers and engineers
– Has experience leading teams of engineers and developers while ensuring the completion of tasks by assigned deadlines.
– You should be able to manage personnel efficiently so as to understand each subordinates- strengths and weaknesses, delegating tasks accordingly and streamlining tasks
– You must act as a technical leader and often developing a technical strategy with the CTO and representing firm’s Technological assets in discussions with other Heads of Department about product and company strategy
– You must also establish team metrics for measurement of engineering and operational excellence. Implement a consistent, regular process for assessment and improvement
Desired Candidate Profile :
– Minimum 6 years of experience in managing technology teams
– Have experience in working on large scale applications, preferably in microservices setup
– Must have experience in dealing with multiple web and database technologies
– Capability to be hands-on whenever it’s required.
– Willingness to work in a highly dynamic environment

Education and Qualifications :
– Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) Field Of Study Electronics and Communications Engineering
– MTech Field Of Study Information Technology
