Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Deliver hardware, software and end‑user technical support via phone, chat and self‑service channels.

Manage IT support tickets through their entire lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate updates.

Assist in the onboarding process by setting up new starter devices and profiles.

Install and support software and provide basic user guidance or informal training.

Coordinate IT project activities and collaborate cross‑functionally to meet deadlines.

Troubleshoot technical issues while maintaining a strong customer service focus.

Provide after‑hours support when required.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting networked PCs using Windows‑based applications.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in PC support, specifically Windows 10.
  • Proficiency in deploying and supporting desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability.
