ICT Support / Helpdesk
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven help desk/ICT support experience (level 1-2)
– Hands-on hardware management: laptop builds, audits, inventory, equipment ordering
– Ticketing system proficiency (Zendesk)
– Microsoft environment: Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft CRM, Azure/cloud
– Strong interpersonal and face-to-face communication skills
– Plain-English explanation of IT issues to non-technical staff
– Ability to manage workload, set expectations and push back when needed
– Flexible attitude to assist with onboarding/offboarding processes
