Senior Tech Lead / Senior Backend Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Tech Lead with deep expertise, responsible for architecting our systems and ensuring the efficiency and security of the infrastructure, leading the technical side of projects from concept to final execution.

Main Responsibilities:

• Designing and building scalable system architecture to ensure performance stability.
• Developing and managing backend and APIs efficiently.
• Overseeing servers and DevOps operations comprehensively.
• Implementing data security standards and protecting them.
• Providing technical consultancy to ensure alignment with the latest global technologies.

Requirements:

• Experience of at least 5-7 years in systems development and infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go) and cloud computing tools.
• High capability to solve complex technical problems and make strategic decisions.
• Essential Condition: Residency within the State of Kuwait (with a transferable residency – Article 18).
• A flexible mindset that embraces a culture of innovation and teamwork.
