• Develop and implement analytics strategies to support organisational goals.
• Analyse complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to identify data needs and opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analytics processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
• Visualise insights using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for diverse audiences.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in analytics uisng Python.

A successful Analytics Specialist should have:

• A strong background in analytics, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• 4+ years of solid python programming experince
• Experience working with large datasets and data visualisation platforms like powerbi or tableau
• Demonstrated experience in engaging stakeholders and clearly communicating actionable insights.
• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and statistical packages.
• Understanding of cloud based advanced analytics and data science using Snowflake.
• Higher Education Domain Experince is preferred.
