Role Overview :

As a Java Full Stack Engineer at Hexaware Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that meet our clients’ evolving business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver innovative and scalable applications. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as the ability to contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle. Your work will directly impact the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities :

– Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure Java-based web applications for our clients.

– Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user interfaces with back-end services, ensuring a seamless user experience.

– Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.

– Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.

– Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

– Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

– Work closely with product owners and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

– Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
Required Skillset :

– Demonstrable expertise in Java programming language and related technologies (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).

– Proven ability to design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.

– Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

– Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

– Proficiency in using version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

– Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

– 8 to 12 years of experience in software development.
